Healthy and local is the focus of this special collection around the people who grow and bring organic food to local markets and the people who shop at these markets. Topics also include how farmers grow organic food and the quality of our food supply around issues to include local economy, seeding, use of pestisides and fertilisers, water, food security, availability and pricing.

In Dakar, Senegal, fisheries inspectors receive expert, hands-on training, supported by FAO, the Common Oceans Tuna Project, and ICCAT. This initiative strengthens countries' capacity to detect illegal fishing, preventing illicit catches from entering global markets.

Marking ten years of the Port State Measures Agreement, significant progress has been made in combating illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing. However, the global fight against these illicit practices remains ongoing.
