Topics also include how farmers grow organic food and the quality of our food supply around issues to include local economy, seeding, use of pestisides and fertilisers, water, food security, availability and pricing.

Rooted in local territories, these markets improve access to fresh and affordable food, sustain livelihoods, strengthen local food economies, build community ties, and help meet growing demand for diverse, locally grown food.
