My career as a Legacy Coach was inspired by the desire to leave our planet better. I now help individuals make a difference, researching leaders who champion positive global impact to develop new, responsible leaders.
This embodies the "sustainability mindset in action," a concept by Isabel Rimanoczy, Ed.D. She cultivates "change accelerators" by studying business leaders driving corporate initiatives with positive environmental and community impact, addressing global challenges.
Rimanoczy authored *Big Bang Being: Developing the Sustainability Mindset* and over 140 articles. Her latest book, co-edited with Keru Kassal, is available on Amazon. She also blogs for the Huffington Post.

On April 20th, Barbara Ford joined a panel discussion at the Earth Day 2012 Conference, co-sponsored by the Earth & Spirit Council and Portland Community College/Sylvania. The discussion explored the central theme: "What gives us hope and heart to keep working on what is best for our Earth in the face of difficult changes?"
This event was videotaped by Tom Hopkins and Barry Heidt of the Sustainability Action Media (SAM) coalition. The recording was subsequently posted to EarthSayers.tv, voices of sustainability, by Curator Ruth Ann Barrett.
Niall Dunne, Managing Director for Saatchi & Saatchi Sustainability in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, spoke at the Global Sustainability Summit. His presentation, "Creating a Sustainable Future," took place at the National Liberal Club in London on July 29, 2010.

Regarding sustainability, new research highlighted by ScienCentral News challenges the belief that traditional "American Dream" achievements—wealth, fame, and image—are keys to happiness.
The findings indicate these pursuits do not lead to lasting contentment, prompting a reevaluation of what truly sustains well-being.
Visionary author Duane Elgin, known for "Voluntary Simplicity," was interviewed by Richard Rathbun, CEO of the Foundation for Global Community, at Global MindShift. Elgin discussed his new book, "The Living Universe."
