Where will you get our protein from in 2050?
March 27, 2020

Current food production methods are significantly degrading the planet, a problem exacerbated by a rapidly growing global population expected to reach 10 billion by 2050. This trend will drastically worsen ecosystem degradation and atmospheric warming.

To alter this trajectory, we must explore alternative food production methods. This session will examine how technology and design, particularly alternative proteins, can help address these critical issues.

Join us to hear from Laura Wellesley, a Research Fellow at Chatham House specializing in alternative proteins, and Daniel Jones, Senior Campaign Manager at Feedback, who will discuss technology's role in developing the food system.
