A Glorious Revival, Portland Oregon

The Hallock & McMillan Building, constructed in 1857, is Portland's oldest surviving brick commercial building. Located at 237 SW Naito Parkway, it was designed by Absalom B. Hallock, with cast-iron elements manufactured by Phoenix Iron Works (San Francisco).

Portland developer John Russell has purchased the building and is currently restoring it to its original glory.
