It focuses on education, research, and sustainable commercialization in agricultural sciences and natural resource management. Their commercial banana farm supplies Whole Foods. Agricultural waste from banana production, combined with recycled paper, creates new paper. This "banana paper" targets niche markets like printing, high-end notebooks, and corporate stationery.
